A planetarium can be a large star theatre such as those at well-known science centres,
or a smaller mobile dome that can bring the awe and wonder of the night's sky to your own venue.

The British Association of Planetaria ( BAP ) is a group of planetarium professionals and individuals devoted to science education.

Our organisation promotes planetaria as a fantastic way to improve knowledge and understanding of space and the sky at night
We also hope to improve communication between like-minded people who share interests in science and astronomy.
