This is a mobile unit that can operate during the day, or evening, weekdays or weekends.

The Yorkshire Planetarium is an inflatable industrial unit for use indoors at such as schools, or other institutions. It holds 30 Primary School children plus teachers, or around 25 adults. It measures 6m wide, by 7m on the door side, by 4m high. I require only one main socket to plug everything into and enough room to inflate it. The programs are designed to support the National Curriculum for schools and with a degree in astrophysics and planetary science I can answer any questions outside of that. My work practices are very flexible and I aim to support the teaching staff in whatever they are trying to achieve. Some schools want just two shows followed by a question and answer session for example, whilst others want a full day of shows to include all of the school years. I do not rely on voice-over programs because I understand the subject matter and prefer to engage students and encourage enquiring minds to ask questions. The choice is yours. Please note that there is ordinary wheelchair access.
